Ryan and Lesley started a cricket farm after learning about crickets as a high-protein food source. What began as a small basement operation has grown into a large-scale facility producing nutrient-dense cricket products that promote gut health and sustainability. The whole family now uses and promotes crickets in various recipes, highlighting their benefits for both health and the environment. Lesley integrates the farm with her wellness business, advocating the power of natural nutrition to support mental health. Together, they are passionate about sharing why crickets are a superfood worth trying.
